DashQ (Aug 2023 - Current)

Director Of Product

At DashQ, I lead the charge in developing innovative SaaS solutions in payments and user verification, driving both product strategy and operational excellence to accelerate market growth and revenue. Within 3 months of joining, we launched the first fully integrated ecommerce style experience for renters. By embedding payments and automated verification workflows, we processed over $2M and subscribed thousands of doors within 6 months.

Running my own consultancy, I specialize in guiding businesses through the development and execution of innovative payment and blockchain solutions, offering tailored product management and strategy services to help clients succeed.

BuzzCast Inc. (Oct 2021 - May 2022)

Senior Product Manager

Joining as the first product manager, I led the development and execution of innovative NFT products that push the boundaries of existing use cases, driving new monetization strategies and expanding digital engagement for brand and content partners.

We created value from marketing spend. No longer was marketing a necessary cost. Marketing could generate tangible value from digital asset collectibles. The applications were numerous, and this very quickly became a passion project as well. Here’s a bit of how we did it.

Mapping out the User Journey and how each user would interact with an event and NFTs.

We gamified the experience of an event attendee to drive exploration online and in person.

Next came the technical implementation. It was important to get the basics of the content NFTs right because of the multiple use cases we had in mind.

We next had to relook at the online attendee experience. Because online attendees had more opportunities for distraction, it was important the site navigation was intuitive and quick. For that, I started with a redo of the entire site’s Information Architecture, eventually landing with the “Tomorrow”. This was the foundation for everything else.

At Fabriik Qualified Custody, I led the safekeeping and asset transformation initiatives, focusing on delivering innovative custody solutions and expanding market presence for retail and institutional clients.

Nomura Wealth Management (Aug 2017 – Dec 2019)

Vice President of Product Management

At Nomura Wealth Management, I spearheaded the transformation of the product management function, leading initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and optimize product offerings for high net-worth clients.
